Our games

Each game has its own privacy policy, describing exactly what it stores on your phone and what, if anything, leaves it.

This website

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. The fonts are hosted on our own server. Like most web servers, ours keeps an access log of each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We use it only to keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest, and the log is deleted after [N] days.

If you email us

If you write to us at info@layovergameslab.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you report, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who play our games.

Your rights

Under data protection law (the GDPR in Norway and the rest of the EEA) you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data about you, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Write to us at info@layovergameslab.com and we will help. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Norway that is Datatilsynet.
